Responsibilities of the QA Manager:
McLane Advanced Technologies (MAT) is seeking a QA Manager responsible for ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance requirements mandated in the ADCNOMS contract are fully met. The QA Manager will oversee compliance, quality assurance processes, and adherence to government-mandated standards, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of contract deliverables.

The QA Manager will:

• Oversee and implement quality assurance processes for all deliverables, ensuring they meet contractual and government standards.
• Track, evaluate, and report on KPIs, performance metrics, and compliance measures.
• Develop and enforce QA policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with DoD and Army requirements.
• Conduct regular performance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to schedules and deliverable completeness.
• Collaborate with the Operations, RMF, and Project & Engineering Leads to address performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of all quality-related issues and resolutions.
• Provide training and guidance on QA processes to project teams.
• Ensure all government-mandated reporting, compliance tracking, and verification processes are current.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality management and compliance within DoD or Army programs.
• Strong knowledge of DoD contract performance metrics, IT service delivery, and government QA standards.
• Experience with ISO 9001, CMMI Level 3, or equivalent QA methodologies.
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL v4 certification. (Preferred)
• Experience with NETCOM, Army PEO C3T, or large-scale DoD IT service contracts. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Army service management frameworks and enterprise IT environments. (Preferred)
