Responsibilities of the RMF Lead:
McLane Advanced Technologies (MAT) is seeking an RMF Lead to ensure compliance with current and emerging Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements for all capabilities and services identified in the ADCNOMS contract. The RMF Lead will oversee security compliance, system accreditation, and vulnerability management efforts to maintain the integrity and security of Army IT operations.

The RMF Lead will:

• Manage RMF compliance for all systems and services, ensuring adherence to DoD and Army cybersecurity policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date eMASS records, including system security plans and control baselines.
• Oversee security assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies to maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) status.
• Collaborate with government security personnel to address vulnerabilities and security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with STIGs, ACAS scans, and IAVM directives.
• Lead security documentation efforts, including Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) updates and RMF workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to technical teams on RMF best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and RMF implementation within DoD environments.
• Expertise in eMASS, NIST 800-53 controls, ACAS, and DISA STIGs.
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret Preferred)
• CISSP, CISM, or CAP certification. (Preferred)
• Experience working with NETCOM, Army Cyber Command, or other DoD cybersecurity entities. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and emerging DoD cybersecurity initiatives. (Preferred)
